There was supposed to be a parking lot (behind a barrier, etc.) - there were supposed to be keys to open the barrier. They weren't where they should have been. We reported it - we were led by the nose and told the service that they would contact us. No one helped us throughout our stay (2 nights). They didn't even feel like offering any real compensation and only offered a clever discount on their stays. I will definitely thank you, I would have to look for a place somewhere else in the city again :)

Location
The condition of the apartment differs significantly from the photo in the offer. Many places, e.g. in the toilet, are not up to standard (toilet seat torn off, broken fittings, swollen bathroom door frames and doors, very small taps and sinks), and many elements from the photos are missing, such as carpets and decorations. Not enough dishes for a family of 4. Dirty floors, after 5 minutes of walking the socks were washable. The intercom wrote when someone entered the block (probably due to the code being shared with more people) There is an elevator - but you first have to go up 8 stairs to the mezzanine.... There was no soap in the bathrooms. Problems with obtaining an invoice and collecting payment half a year before the date of stay (despite free cancellation) Problems with contact via booking. Telephone contact works every time.
